Balanced CalMag is an alternative to other calcium-magnesium products that are based on a 2:1 calcium-to-magnesium ratio. The 2-to-1 calcium-to-magnesium ratio (2:1).
Servings Per Container: 28

Individual needs may vary. Start with 1 slightly rounded teaspoon (or less) daily and gradually increase to 3 rounded teaspoons.   When bowels are comfortably loose, this is the optimal amount.
