Apply one (1) full stroke of the pump to thin skinned areas: the face, hands, breast bone, etc. Twice daily for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5-day break.

Purified Water, Aloe Vera Gel, Saw Palmetto Extract, Damiana Extract, Tribula Terrestris, Dong Quai Extrac, Wild Yam Extract, Panax Quinquefolius Root Extract (American Ginseng), Shea Butter, Sorbitan Stearate, Vegetable Glycerine, Natural Progesterone USP micronized (derived from Mexican Wild Yam Root)*, Primrose Oil, Citric Acid, Vitamin E Acetate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Hyaluronic Acid, Dexapanthenol (Vitamin B5), Allantoin, Milk Thistle Extract, DHEA and Grape Seed Extract.

*Each metered pump dispenses one (1) serving 13mg Micronized Progesterone USP.
